Highly recommended for celebrating birthday. This hotel is unusual and ideal, has excellent employees in all areas. We liked rooms with an outdoor fireplace. Lots of food for breakfast, which was superb to satisfy everyone. It was in a great location right down the river to the downtown area.

The hotel of choice in San Antonio. Welcome base for celebrating birthday with genuinely friendly employees in all areas. Very central location, around 10-15 minutes walk from an art museum. And short walk to San Antonio for 4 years prior to leaving for work, area restaurants, and shops and restaurants.

I had the pleasure of staying at an unusual and welcoming hotel recently. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was in a small, caring boutique hotel with all the luxuries of a high-end property. The attention to detail and excellent design throughout the hotel was impressive. The renovation of the old factory and equipment into the architecture was a striking touch. There were so many inviting spaces to relax and enjoy, from the lobby to the rooftop pool. The location in the vibrant Pearl District was perfect, with easy access to the Riverwalk and great shopping and dining options. The availability of complimentary coffee throughout the day was a nice touch. My room was quiet, well-appointed, and the turn-down service even included macarons. The bellmen were always helpful and responsive, and the hotel car was a convenient amenity. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. It truly made my stay in the city memorable.

We had a great Easter weekend at this hotel. The room was beautiful and comfortable, and the staff was attentive and friendly. The location was perfect for us, as it was away from the touristy area but still within walking distance to the main attractions. The walk along the river was lovely and safe, and there were plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby.
The only downside was that our room didn't match the one we booked. We specifically requested a room with a balcony and a river view, but we didn't get it without any explanation.

The hotel had a wonderful, tranquil atmosphere that made me feel instantly relaxed. The room I stayed in was spacious and well-appointed, with luxurious linens and a comfortable bed. I also enjoyed the convenience of having a complimentary shuttle to downtown, which allowed me to explore the city easily. The on-site restaurants were fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious cuisines.
